One session weekly for 6 consecutive weeks.  Please confirm the day of the week by email before making a payment.  Sessions will run from August 28 to October 6, 2023.   No remakes will be scheduled, nor refunds issued in the event of absence (but students are encouraged to switch times with a friend instead, or to join by Zoom).

One 45-minute Zoom session weekly between 9:00 and 12:00 for 6 consecutive weeks.  Please confirm the time and day of the week by email before making a payment. In this 60-minute consult with a student and ideally also their guardian, we build a personalized roadmap for how to approach the IB DP or iGCSE.   Tips for how to study and where to find resources are provided. 

Special emphasis is typically placed on how to succeed in mathematics, as this subject is a stumbling block for many of our students.

Sometimes students are predicted a 3 (or C) but attain a 5 (or an A), or vice versa! Topic and end-of-year exams do not always tell the full story.  

In this type of consultation, the student sits a comprehensive diagnostic exam, targeting the material covered to date.  

We then correct it together, using IB/iGCSE criteria and grade boundaries.  This allows the student to formulate their approach for their second year of study.
